基于RS485总线和实时数据库的液压支架远程控制系统通信设计

Communication Design of Remote Control System for Hydraulic Support Based on RS485 Bus and Real-time Database

摘要: 针对现有液压支架电液控制系统控制距离短、通信实时性差、协议不公开等问题,结合煤矿开采环境以及无人化开采的需要,提出了一种基于RS485总线和实时数据库的液压支架远程控制系统,介绍了系统的结构组成,设计了井下远程控制通信系统以及地面网络化控制通信系统,给出了通信方案、通信原理以及通信协议,并且通过模拟实验和分析,实现了液压支架的本地控制、远程控制以及井上主机的网络化控制。

Abstract: According to the problems of short control distance of the present electro-hydraulic control system for hydraulic support, poor real-time communication, and the agreement does not open, combined with the need of coal mining environment and unmanned mining, hydraulic support remote control system based on the RS485 bus and real-time database is proposed. The paper described the structure of the system, designed underground remote control communication systems and ground network control communication system, given the communication plan, communication theory and communication protocols, achieved local control, remote control of hydraulic support, and networked control on the ground through simulation experiments and analysis.
